The main eco village in Scotland is home to more than 400 people and is one of the largest intentional communities in Britain.
Their mission is to help unfold a new human consciousness and create a positive and sustainable future.
The community was founded in 1962 on the principles of inner listening and co-creation with nature and service.
"What inspired me about the Findhorn Foundation is our audacity and our hope and our optimism in attempting to build a model of sustainability for humanity. I think that's an incredible task, it's a huge thing to attempt. Sometimes I think we're insane to even try and sometimes I am completely inspired by what we achieved." says Findhorn Foundation trustee Robin Alfred.
