It's easier than you think to achieve a state of health without struggle. The first step we should all take is to think about everything we consume: Is it acid or alkaline?
We want to avoid acid foods (standard American diet) and eat more alkaline foods, (broths, root vegetables, greens) until we have achieved an alkaline balanced body, which effortlessly keeps fat off, is brimming with energy and good health, with no skin conditions or mental imbalances.

They say that to get the all benefits of alkalinity, your body's pH should be 7.365. Cancer, according to this video, and many additional sources, can not survive in an alkaline environment.
If this is true, then the "cure for cancer" is right here, available to all of us. A change in diet, away from acid foods, toward alkaline foods, until the alkalinity becomes fully balanced, manifested through perfect health.
