And he tells us of a flower that can detect the presence of mines! This video gives you a taste of the encouraging direction he sees humanity going in.
Alex Steffen is a writer, public speaker and strategy consultant, and was Executive Editor of Worldchanging.com, a groundbreaking sustainability publication that he co-founded in 2003. It closed in 2010, and in 2011 his book "Worldchanging 2.0" was published. It focuses on cities and the systems we need to change to make them carbon-neutral, zero-waste, walkable and equitable engines of prosperity.
