It is disturbing to think of all the waste a hotel generates. Not this one! At the Boulder Outlook Hotel in Colorado they make sure the guests recycle and even compost!

Here is an interview with manager Dan King who discusses the ultra green management of this pioneering hotel.

They are aiming for zero waste. Currently, 80% of their solid waste is recycled or composted. What a refreshing sight: at the hotel's outdoor waste station, their compost container is bigger than their regular waste container.

Imagine walking into a hotel room and finding bio degradable little bags for your personal room compost clipped to the hanger!
