Whenever this vehicle makes it's debut, 1,400 passengers will be able to travel above the congested streets and highways in a high speed bus that straddles the traffic below.

It will use electrical power supplemented by solar panels.

The cost, 1.35 billion dollars, is about 10% of what it would cost to build an equivalent subway system.
